Just a suggestion, but if you do enjoy the read the price of one cup of coffee a month might not make much difference to you, but my pension was recently slashed by 65%! Hmm, so much for working all your life and saving then. This means my disposable income per month, i.e. the amount I have to buy food, is £100 or US$150 per MONTH.
